I keep forgetting that you created the animation for "Seaside Woman". I've always loved the Beatles, Paul and John in particular. It seemed to me that creatively, they could accomplish anything they dreamed of.
I worked for John for a couple of weeks in '75, creating a bass drum logo and sourcing masks and costumes for his back-up band for his TV appearance on "A Tribute to Sir Lew Grade".
John wanted the band to wear masks on the front and back of their heads, because he felt that Sir Lew was a "two-faced phoney".
I also got the chance to watch John record the video compilation of his "Rock & Roll" album. Imagine having John Lennon singing a few feet in front of you for a few hours.
I couldn't have dreamed up a more exciting experience.
I'm sorry for carrying on, Oscar. But your post brought back some wonderful memories. It's funny where our art profession can take us, isn't it?

Wonderful memory, Vince!!...I LOVE the masked element for the TWO FACED idea.
I made some drawings for Julian, John's son. He was the spitting image of his old man then......If you give me a chance of having had great experiences, I could have killed for listening to Charlie Parker live in 1948 or Louis Armstrong in 1929.
