Angel Costa (Tagoz)

Drawings by my dear friend Angel Costa.
Costa exercised enormous influence on me, as a person and as an artist. We met when we were quite young and shared studios and life for a number of years. I always marvelled at Costitas wonderful sensitivity and delicate pen work.
"El Flaco" is a very retiring person and sadly has given up drawing all together.

"and sadly has given up drawing all together"!!!!!
Why????!!!!!
Perhaps he need to go to San Francisco and take drawing lessons with Crookie and Stef for inspiration.

..Or find some sensitive publisher to get his work published. You know the score, Elliot. Some people stop "waiting for Godot" and give up.

He continued till his retirement working as a graphic designer in a television channel. Not the most exciting of jobs over there.

I was never expecting Godot in the first place...

I was a graphic designer at a television station too.
It's not an especially creative role but it was very, very demanding.
